Our over all experience with Sutton RV was great! Or trailer was 7k cheaper than P-town?? We were out of town buyers and Leonard is awesome??he got me quick answers to my questions and was a pleasure to work with. He even came in on his day-off to say hi when we picked up our Wildcat trailer. Chris did our PDI and was amazing! I’ve never seen anyone so thorough on a delivery, even recaulked the entire trailer! I brought my own hitch and he took the time to get it dialed in..I hope he well paid because he’s valuable asset to Sutton. Teresa in the office was quick and efficient as well. You’ll get my repeat business even though your 2-1/2 hrs. away.

Cody from service walked me through my first ever trailer and taught me everything I needed to know for my first trip the next day. He prepared me well and was very patient. During our trip I did not encounter anything that he hadn't prepared me for during the orientation and I was very grateful. JD had patiently taken random pictures I wanted before I drove into Eugene to purchase my chosen trailer, he helped me chose the trailer and be confident in my selection before taking that trip and I was grateful. Excellent facility

I purchased a new Northern Lite truck camper. Sutton RV did an excellent job preparing my truck (installing air shocks. tie-downs, and extended trailer hitch). Since I live in Bend, OR, the service dept. staff stayed late to finish preparing my truck so I would not have to stay the night in a hotel. I highly recommend Sutton RV for both sales and service. - Jeffrey
